Weather a professional in the care industry, mental health professionals, parents, or other community members, I provide training that bridges the theoretical/research world with the practical world to provide useful tools that will enhance your work.

As an educator, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I use a holistic analysis approach that integrates theoretical knowledge with sensible practical experience. My training philosophy embraces the constructivist mindset, which posits that trainees construct knowledge through energetic engagement and reflection. Combining rigorous instructional training with hands-on practical exercises prepares trainees to bridge the gap between ideas and actual application.
In working with different entities, I first complete an assessment of the entities needs as well as the different roles the system's members hold. Once I identify the need, and define the training goals in collaboration with leadership, I develop unique and specific trainings to meet the system's needs and goals. To develop the training, I consult reliable sources, incorporate the literatures' findings, and identified additional resources that will support ongoing implementation and generalization of learned skills. When appropriate, I additionally complete follow up and complementary trainings.

In my Clinical journey, I have engaged in significant training for all levels of professionals and community members alike. Weather teaching Clients and their families on mental health sings and practical strategies, other mental health professionals, or other stakeholders in the community, my experiences as a trainer span over a decade.

In as much, my experiences have further developed my ability to provide training at different levels of clinical practice.
